Customizable Platform: The worktable of the equipment supports customization. There are two standard sizes, namely 1000mm×600mm and 1200mm×800mm. Meanwhile, the platform size can be customized according to users' needs to adapt to different production scenarios and specifications of welded workpieces.

Welding capability
As the welder power increases from 1500W to 2000W and 3000W, the weldable thickness of all four materials increases. For example, aluminum can be welded to about 2mm at 1500W, about 3mm at 2000W, and up to 4mm at 3000W; carbon steel is about 3mm at 1500W and reaches 5mm at 3000W.
For different materials, there are differences in weldable thickness at the same power. Taking 3000W as an example, carbon steel and stainless steel have the highest weldable thickness (5mm), followed by aluminum and galvanized sheet (4mm); at 1500W, carbon steel and stainless steel (3mm) are thicker than aluminum and galvanized sheet (2mm).
